International Women’s Day (IWD) has been a global movement advocating for gender equality and empowerment. On March 8 2025, we proudly join the world in celebrating IWD under the theme #AccelerateAction. It is a call to recognize efforts, tools, and initiatives that drive progress for women and to encourage their growth and implementation.
Why We Support International Women’s Day
For 30 years, TecAlliance has led innovation in the automotive aftermarket. We’ve evolved by providing the latest data on vehicles and parts, repair information, and digital solutions. However, like many industries, automotive has traditionally been male-dominated. While progress has been made, there’s still much work to do to increase diversity and inclusion.
IWD is a time to reflect on gender equality and recognize the achievements of women in our field. We believe diversity strengthens our industry, and we’re committed to helping create a more inclusive future.
We understand that accelerating action means having equal opportunities for women in the automotive aftermarket. This includes encouraging interest in STEM careers, supporting mentorship, and building an environment where different perspectives are valued. By working together across companies, industries, and communities, we can create a welcoming workplace with equal chances for everyone.
